Came into Sitka Alaska around 300 pm having used About 65% of fuel!!!
weather light rain and 33 deg f.
This is a great place to watch whales play!!!

Had a great trip from Nome to Anchorage!!!
Weather nice and around 25 deg f.
Finally in more southern area so the sun showed its face till about 330 pm.
Fueled up and headed down the west coast to Prince Rupert BC but will need a gas stop in between somewhere.

Made it all the way to Nome without stopping for gas but I was low!!!
Landed around 4pm again total darkness.
weather around 17 f and Little wind just a few clouds.
This video shows about how bright it is in mid Dec.

Barrow,Alaska

Landed at Wiley Post under almost total darkness.
weather good but cold.
fueled and headed to Nome.
this video shows the beach at Barrows and that is the Arctic Ocean!!!!

Landed at Inuvik.....at noon with the sun just above the horizon!!!
Temp -12 f and no wind.
Took off with max fuel so as to make Wiley Post Airport in Barrow Alaska.
This is where Post and the writer Will Rogers crashed while trying to takeoff!!
Both were killed in the takeoff!!!

Landing at Norman Wells NWT

Arrived about 230 pm already starting to get dark!!
Dawn is 10 am or so!!!!
Now headed for Invulik!!!
